Started by Michael and Tracy Leslie, Howling Boy Tech has been in Madras since 2017. Our offices are located at 242 SW 4th Street, Suites D and E in Madras Oregon 97741.
Michael began getting paid to program computers in the mid-90s. Professionally, he has traveled across the United States, Canada, Europe and South America working with companies and clients including Dell, Microsoft, the Netherlands, the Canadian Federal Government, the State of California, Geico, Daimler Trucks of North America, Alchemy Solutions and GT Software.
He earned his Project Management Professional certification in July 2013.
